Hi everyone,
As I am facing serious problems in stably expressing a EGFP fusion protein
in human mammary epithelial cells I would like to ask for your experiences
(if there are any yet!) using renilla GFP (stratagene). They say that it is
less cytotoxic than EGFP and can therefore be stably expressed more easily!
Is that really true in your opninion?
