Dear GFP experts,
I am looking for a collisional quencher of EGFP fluorescence - if
possible a small hydrophilic molecule that cannot penetrate membranes.
Does anybody of you have experience on this? Any suggestions? Do you
think iodine ions will work (they are usually used to quench NBD)?
Many thanks in advance !!!!
Stephan
