Dear All,
I was wondering if anyone knew if 1 FLAG tag epitope was enough to be
detected by indirect immunofluorescence in a transfected cell line?? My
expression construct only has 1 tag and I am having difficulty detecting
the epitope, however my constructs with 3 or more tags seem fine.
