I have been successful in detecting single flag-tagged beta2-adrenergic
receptors with Sigma's M2 antibody and a secondary alexa-labeled anti-mouse
antibody from Molecular Probes. Expression level of the receptors is around
1 pmol/mg membrane protein. Similar observations have been reported by a
number of receptor people.
