Rachel,
abcam (www.abcam.com) advertises goat antibodies to GFP. I have not
used their latest set of antibodies, but have had success in the past
with other anti-GFP antibodies from Abcam.
Alternatively, if you use a formaldehyde based fix for your tissue and a
relatively fast staining protocol, the endogenous green fluorescence of
the GFP may persist well enough through fixation and staining so that
you can detect it without any other label. Then you can use red and
far-red labeled antibodies to detect your other proteins of interest.
