Is this group still in use for questions concerning fluorescence??
Who has experience with the macrolid antibiotic filipin ??
For my cell experiments I plan to use filipin as an inhibitor of caveolae
dependent endocytosis - and I am afraid that this filipin shows a
fluorescence.
What are the characteristics of this dye? (excitation, emission,
photobleaching)
Has anyone of you used filipin bevore?
