At Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA we are testing a new method for the
purification of GFP Fusion Proteins. This method can be performed in less than
30 minutes with up to 80% purity. We have used this method extensively for GFP
and would now like to demonstrate its use in the purification of biologically
active GFP Fusion Proteins.
