Dear Colleagues,
We are looking for a GFP that can be efficiently expressed in yeast. We
heard about pGFPmut3.1 from Clontech but unfortunately this product has been
discontinued
(http://www.bdbiosciences.com/clontech/techinfo/vectors_dis/pGFPmut3.1.shtml).
Would it be possible to obtain a few ul of this plasmid from one of you ?
Alternative plasmids and informations are welcome...
