[Fluorescent-proteins] Anyone used Molecular Probes ALEXA dyes?

Dear Janet,

I read a very old post from you answering questions about preventing
Alexa 488 from fading.  In it you said your samples last longer if you
seal them.  How do you seal them?  Do you use nail polish?
