Mapping 100% linkage

I am an undergraduate student at the Univerisyt of Texas at El Paso, and 
was recently given a problem by by genetics professor.  He asked me to 
find out how genes that are 100% lined can be mapped.  I have no idea and 
would appreciate any help.
