I'm not sure what 'homotypic affinities' means but if it indicates the
affinity of a protein molecule for another molecule of the same
protein which can also be expressed in terms of concentration, e.g.

A + A  <-> 2A  => Keq = [2A]/{[A]*[A]}

then the first protein to aggregate would be the one with the highest
homotypic affinity as defined above. That of course, is dictated
principally by its primary amino acid sequence as well as standard 'other
factors' like pH and ionic strength. Right?
