Was this CFV submitted to news.announce.newgroups? If it was, then it should
not have also been posted. [You should have let the moderator of nan take
care of posting it]. If it was not, then the vote DOES NOT conform to the
guidelines and is invalid.
As an aside, if this was posted to NAN (which I believe it was.), people
should realize that the moderator has other things to do besides running the
group and does do a good job of getting the stuff out. One should not get
impatient and post non-crossposted articles to try to get out faster than
what appears in NAN. It causes people to view votes as potentially suspect
and really does not give any advantage to the vote-taker;
