Does anyone know how well hamsters (Syrian golden) respond
immunologically to diphtheria toxoid, ie what levels and what types of a
antibodies are produced? The reason I am asking is that I have a
immuno-conjugate using dip tox as the carrier which stimulates great
levels of IgG to the carbohydrate hapten in mice but nothing in hamsters
If anyone has any information I would appreciate it.
