if it's sequence information there is the -
Kabat Database of Proteins of Immunological Interest
which you can search by gopher at merlot.welch.jhu.edu - under
the following hierarchy:
--> 12. Search Databases at Hopkins (Vectors, Promoters, NRL-3D, EST, OMIM../
--> 11. Sequence Databases (Vectors, EPD, EST, NRL_3D, Kabat, Genbank)/
--> 6. Kabat Database of Proteins of Immunological Interest <?>
If it's another type of database you're looking for post another note
