Hey- I'm trying to use a mAb obtained from an ATCC hybridoma as ascites fluid
in a Western blot. So far I have had no luck, although the epitope should be
recognized in denatured form as the antibody was raised against a peptide. IS
there a way to search the literature for the use of this antibody in a western?
Offhand, does anyone have any experience using CRL-1729 (anti c-myc)?
