I also believe that the lymphocyte transformation induced by anti-CD3
antibody has (if long acting..) temporarly effect on EBV-induced transformation
The procedure of T cell depletion certainly increase the level of EBV induced
transformation, as described.
The receptor on B cells for EBV is type II complement receptor (CD21). Does
anybody know if anti-CD21 has specific stimulatory effect of B cells?
