Can anyone working on murine macrophage cell line J774 help me please with this
query about fibronectin receptors and fibronectin production by these cells
when these cells are cultured in the presence of 10% FCS-Eagles medium. Do they
produce their own fibronectin like monocytes or macrophages present in human
tissues? does gamma-interferon treatment upregulate or down regulate its
production if there is any? can you please provide me with the original
