Greetings, all.
In my travels, I've run across many people who have said it would
be a great advance if it was possible to visualize extremely rare antigens
in flow cytometry - say, 50 copies of a given protein on a cell surface.
However, no one has been able to give me a specific example. Which proteins
would you like to try to see, and why?
Any thoughts?
