Hello,
I'm purifying moncytes and lymphocytes out of Rabbits, using the
Nycoprep.
This is agradient, all monocytes and lymphocytes rest on it.
I tried however to get the platelets out by centrifugation at low speed.
This left some platelets in it.
Does someone knows a way to gert rid of these platelets?
