IAP, immunosuppressive acidic protein help please

Dear netters,
I know that IAP, immunosuppressive protein is used as an indicator of
impaired immune responses in cancer patients. Can anybody tell me what this
protein is. Has the gene been cloned? I have been unable to find any
references for this.
