Can anyone provide me with information about measurement of TNF in dogs? We
are particularly trying to find out whether the standard commercial human
tests such as ELISA will work in the dog. I have seen a few references to
bioassays for TNF which do appear to work. Is this a good method or would we
be better off looking at other kinds of assays? I'd appreciate references
where possible.
(If anyone has similar information for IL-1 and gamma interferon in dogs,
that would also be appreciated.)
