If I were on your committee I would ask you: suppose the antibody is
unavailable. Tell me how you would go about making it. Therefore, don't
worry about where you are going to get the Ab; that is trivial, if it is
available no one is going to doubt that you can get it. But be prepared
to say how you're going to make it if necessary.
