The Third Basic Sciences Symposium for the Transplantation Society just
ended this last week, and it was superb. The average quality of the
science was about the best that I have seen at any scientific meeting.
HOWEVER, the Powers That Be in the Transplantation Society want to kill
the meeting! :=< (It should be noted that none of the members of the
council were at the meeting). If you are a member of the
Transplantation Society, write the council and tell them how you feel!
