Hi, I am growing an IgM secreting hybridoma in Gibco's 'Hybridoma SFM'
media. Because of the lipid content of this serum free media, the company
does not recomend saturated ammonium sulfate precipitation. Instead, they
recommend polyethylene glycol percipitation. Does anyone out there have a
method for this? I'm particularly interested in methods for dyalising the
PEG away. Thanks for your help and any references.
