We wish to culture elutriator purified monocytes in a volume of 1-2 ml in a
non-adherent environment. There have been reports in the literature of the
use of teflon culture vessels. Does anyone have any experience in this
field. If so where are such vessels available from or are there any other
ways of culturing monocytes non-adherently.
