Antibody AA4.1

I have recently been using a negative selection technique to purify murine
 T lymphocytes.  I seem to be co-enriching a poulation of AA4.1 + pre-B cells.
  I was wondering if anyone has tried to lyse AA4.1+ pre-B cells using the AA4.1
 antibody and complement.  If anyone knows I'd appreciate the help.
