2-ME effect on lymphocyte proliferation assay (fwd)

I use it to break the bonds in the IgM in my agglutination assay for IgG
to Toxoplasma gondii. This improves the specificity of my test as i am
only agglutinating IgG to T.gondii, rather than nonspecific IgM abs.
