> Biacore is measurement of molecular interactions using
surface plasmon resonance. This methods allows one to evaluate the
binding or other interactions of the molecule without actually labelling
with anything. It also apparently allows for realtime monitoring of this
interaction. You can measure antigen-antibody interaction to assess the
rate and affinity constants. Pharmacia will provide you with a kit of
all the related literature, if you request it. The literature seems to
convey quite an extensive array of applications and flexibility.
