Dear Shahran

No need to isolate the protein from the gel. You can blot the protein, 
stain, take small strips of the nitrocellulose and implant into the 
spleen of an animal (rat, mouse, rabbit). You will obtain hight titles of 
antiody. (Ref. Ove Nilsson et al. J. Immunol. Methods 1987, 99:67-75)
