I am currently trying to find information on "RIVER's Postulate" for an
honours essay I am putting together. I have been told it exists, is
relevant to this essay, but can't even find a definition of it.
Could any kind person out there please point me in the right direction
and tell me what it is all about? Has anybody and idea of any papers written
on the subject? Can anybody help me?
I am an my wits end, please can somebody give me enough help to get me
started. I dont get to access GOPHER often so direct e-mail replies
would be greatly appreciated.
