Hi, we have been asked to set up an elisa method for quantitating IgG,
IgM and IgA in chicken eggs. We hope to use an antigen capture elisa.
Ideally we will need non cross reactive mabs to these isotypes and a source
of purified IgG, IgM and IgA. Can anyone help as my usual commercial
sources cannot. Thanks
