Our lab uses the microplate reader from Molecular Devices and the
software is delta SOFT 1.8Vmax alias for Macs. It works great.

Subject: ELISA plate reader & analysis programs
Our laboratory uses BioCalc to read and interpret ELISA data. It is
extremely flexible but I find it user-hostile and labor-intensive to
program. Are there other ELISA programs (for either Macs or PCs) which
bionet.immunology readers recommend?
