I want to know the lowest concentration limit of antigen for producing antibodies in rabbit. For I have a littel amount of protein sample, I plan to produce thepolyclonal antibody by injecting small amount of the protein samples to the rabbit, and using affinity purification method on the large volume of serum. Of course, I knew that the antigenisity is variable case by case, but I think that my sample proteins have high antigenisity. Please tell me your opinions. Thanks.
