We are interested in the myeloid leukocyte respiratory burst - and its
potential to induce endothelial and epithelial cell injury.
In order to pursue the latter, we'd like to use a pulmonary epithelial
cell line that bears some resemblance to alveloar epithelium (i.e. not
the kind of ciliated columnar epithelium you get further up the
repiratory tree). We need a human cell line if possible
Any ideas?
Thanks
