Padma, we are doing phagocytosis on human neutrophils using a FACscan. We
extract them from whole blood by centrifugation over mony-poly resolving medium
and histopaque, add autologous serum after washing and lysing, and highly
fluorescent beads. After an hour in a heated shaker-waterbath, we wash again
and run. Whole procedure takes about 2-3 hours. If you're interested, e-mail
me and I'll send the details. Kimi.
