Neutrophil phagocytosis assay

Padma, we are doing phagocytosis on human neutrophils using a FACscan.  We
extract them from whole blood by centrifugation over mony-poly resolving medium
and histopaque, add autologous serum after washing and lysing, and highly
fluorescent beads.  After an hour in a heated shaker-waterbath, we wash again
and run.  Whole procedure takes about 2-3 hours.  If you're interested, e-mail
