I suppose that this would be the place to post this question. I'm not
an immunologist...but
Does anyone know where I can get the cDNA sequence or GenBank
accession numbers for the light and heavy chains from the
SP2/0-Ag14(myeloma, non-secreting, mouse) and NS-1(Non-secreting
myeloma, mouse) myeloma fusion partners?
I have PCR cloned out the Vh and Vl regions with degenerate primers
from hybridomas derived from immunized Balb/c splenocytes fused with
these myeloma partners. However, I am now uncertain whether these
sequences were derived from the myeloma fusion partner or from the
Balc/c.
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
