I apologize for using all capital letters im most of my notes. By far the
easiest way for me to write to this newsgroup after working hours is to
dial in to our institute's VAX cluster. The VAX subtracts 32 (hex 20) from
each character it receives via the modem, converting everything I write into
capital letters. No key or key combination can defeat this feature. To
use lower-case letters, I have to use a remote control program to access our
LAN via my office computer. I suspect that other people who write in all
capitals have similar problems. Please be patient with us.
