Happy New Year, Dear Noble Immunologists!
Does anybody of you have any experience with isolating mononuclears and
neutrophils from DEFIBRINATED blood on MONO-POLY RESOLVING MEDIUM,
FICOLL-HYPAQUE (density 1.114) by Flow Labs Inc., (A Flow General Co.,
McLean VA 22102) or a similar medium?
Any help will solve me few days of experimenting with a,t,T.
