Graduate Training Opportunities in Immunology
The University of Iowa announces the initiation of a new
interdisciplinary training program in Immunology, bringing together
faculty and laboratories from several departments engaged in areas of
molecular and cellular immunology. The University has an unusually large
group of immunology investigators and there are 31 faculty members in
this program actively engaged in research.
The major areas of study include the following:
Lymphocyte Activation Signal Transduction
Leukocyte Adhesion Transplantation
Infection and Immunity Neutrophil Biology
We are currently seeking applicants for graduate studies leading to a
Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D., as well as qualified individuals for Postdoctoral
Fellowships.
