Do you mean against a particular VH region (as defined by a gene
segment) analogous to, say, an antibody to V-beta-8 of the TCR?
It would be nice to know if one existed, although it seems that the
process of affinity maturation would make it less applicable than in
the anti-TCR case.

What about an anti-idiotype?  Since the idiotype has been shown to be
primarily within the VH, sometimes entirely, you could start from
there.
