Does anybody have good references on serum free formulations and/or
perfusion
system cultures of cloned cytolytic t cells? I am also preparing a list
of all
known growth factors / interleukins which regulate ctls. The goal is to
prepare
an efficient perfusion system method of culturing HIV specific human CTLs
to
be used in adoptive immunotherapy. I believe that current expansion
methods
fail in the ability to maintain physiologically important homing receptors
on the
expanded cells.
