I am having a problem with stabilizing a conjugate for Toxin A, C.
difficile. When placed at 37 degrees for one week the activity decreases
40% and a precipitate forms. The precipitate formed was suggested to be
calcium triphosphate and mercury sulfide for the white and black precipitate
respectively by Hyclone. Apparently a reaction is occuring withing the
buffer which is destabilizing the conjugate. If any one can offer me some
suggestions please send them in e-mail. It would be greatly appreciated.
