We ahve just purchased this antibody from Sigma of all places are are
interested if anyone has used it to detect either endogenous or transfected
beta gal (pSV40) in cells or tissues. We have tried both dot blotting and
Western blotting but have been unable to reach the sensitivity we require.
Does anyone have any suggestions experience with using such a transfection
assay? Thanks in advance for any advice.
