I am interested in detecting the rat IL-4 protein in cell culture
supernatants from rat cells. Does anyone know if there is a commercially
available ELISA kit for the detection and quantification of this protein or
of an ELISA kit that cross reacts with the rat protein? In addition, does
anyone know of a bioassay for rat IL-4?
