I am working with human PBLs cultures and several peptides from some human
proteins possibly immunogenic. I would like to measure by dot-blot the up
regulation of HLA II molecules in that cultures.
Can anyone tell me how long I have to keep the culture to see differences
among culture control (PBLs without peptide) and the others?-
I read people making this kind of experiences keep their cultures from
one day to one week before lysing their cells.
