Has anyone done the technique? I'm having problems cleaning up the
PVDF. I get excellent activity, and sharp bands. Unfortunately,
They are obscured by a splochy mess that not only makes the film
difficult to see, but raises my blood pressure. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
