I would really appreciate if someone(s) could tell me how the
assay for cytotoxic T lymphocytes works. That is, the principles behind
it (receptor cells req'd, etc...) as well as an overview of the assay(s)
readily used for detection.
Also, why would someone be looking into CTL, what is the overall usefulness?
