Is there a database of 5' regulatory sequences for mouse
immunoglobulin genes? It seems that many of the mouse
Ig sequences contain the coding regions and very little
of the regulatory regions. We are looking for a fast
way to obtain the latter sequences without editing large
numbers of files by hand.
