There is a good general overview of the Candida infection theory of
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in a book called "Doctor, Why Am I So Tired?" It
covers most of the questions you have in layman's language, and cites more
technical resources for further study. I don't remember offhand the author's
name; however, if you're interested, I can find the book at home and relay the
information to you.
