Has anyone experience of using protein (e.g. fibronectin) coated
latex beads as an adhesion surface for leukocytes (e.g. neutrophils)
to assay adhesion or adhesion dependant cell functions in the
flow cytometer?
I'd b grateful for any hints or sources of info
